August 22, 2011 Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post 7823 Middlebury, Vermont There were no nominated stitchers for the ceremony in Vermont, however many of the Veterans and everyday citizens did attend to place their stitch on the Vermont patch.  Below are several pictures from the event.
